## Our take

The Softy earned its reputation on two things: it's kind to your joints and it lasts. A soft foam layer under a Teeline turf top absorbs the shock a bare mat on concrete sends into your wrists and elbows over a winter of daily reps, and it accepts a real wooden tee rather than the rubber stubs cheaper mats force on you.
