## Our take

Every fixed sim enclosure makes the same demand: give up a room. The Vanish Series answers it by retracting — screen, side baffles and all — into a housing mounted at ceiling level, leaving the floor clear for a car, a workbench or anything else the space is really for. That is the whole product, and it is aimed squarely at the reason most people who want a simulator never build one. It comes in two widths (Vanish 9 and Vanish 11), with a 5ft standard drop or a 10ft extension, and either a hand crank or a remote-controlled motor. The impact screen is a premium one rather than the thin sheet that usually ships with a budget package, and the frame is designed for a permanent ceiling mount rather than a freestanding cage. Two honest caveats. First, this is the enclosure only — no launch monitor, no mat, no projector; PlayBetter sells complete packages built around it if you want the lot. Second, the retracting mechanism buys back floor space, not ceiling height: you still need the vertical clearance to swing, and the housing itself sits above the screen, so measure before you commit. If your problem is a shared garage rather than a spare budget, this is the category answer.
