## Our take

Tour Edge announced the Exotics Milled Wedge on 1 September 2026, with retail availability from 14 September. The pitch is bounce fitting made legible: instead of a wall of grind letters you need a fitter to decode, the line runs three named profiles — Low Bounce (LB), Mid Bounce (MB) and High Bounce (HB) — across 17 total loft and bounce configurations from 50 to 60 degrees, with left-handed options in 52, 56 and 60. The engineering underneath is the TriGrind Sole, a three-part design with a chamfered leading edge to stop the club digging at turf entry, a flatter sole with minimal camber for consistent contact, and heavy trailing-edge relief so the face can be opened up around the greens. Faces carry CNC-milled SuperSpin grooves, and the stock build is a KBS Hi-Rev 2.0 115g shaft with a Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 Black grip — real components, not a house-brand filler. The honest framing: this is Tour Edge's specification sheet and launch information, not a tested verdict, and a wedge lives or dies on turf interaction you have to feel. But at this price the milled face and named-shaft build are unusual, and the three-profile system is a genuinely better way to sell bounce than the alphabet soup everyone else prints on the sole.
