## Our take

The EYE XO2 is what people mean when they say a home sim can be indistinguishable from a fitting bay. Three high-speed cameras mounted overhead track ball and club in real time, and the enlarged hitting zone is the underrated feature: it forgives the drift in ball position that creeps into a two-hour session, which is the difference between data you trust and data you argue with. At the time of writing it ships with two Swing Optix cameras included — a genuinely significant addition, because synchronised swing video from two angles turns the unit from a measurement device into a coaching one. Be realistic about what it demands. Mounting position and alignment are critical and unforgiving; get them wrong and the accuracy you paid for evaporates. You need a gaming PC. And the full software experience runs on a subscription after the trial. This is the top of the sensible home market, not an impulse buy.
