Golf tech, where a sale is real money
A percentage off a launch monitor or a laser is worth more than the same percentage off a sleeve of balls. These are the pieces we'd watch first.

Garmin
Garmin Approach R10 Launch MonitorThe launch monitor most people start with. If it drops, it's the easiest yes on this page for a garage or range setup.

Rapsodo
Rapsodo MLM2PRO Mobile Launch MonitorCamera-based spin numbers and video. Budget the first year of the membership on top before you call it a deal.

Bushnell
Bushnell Pro X3+The flagship laser. It's rarely cheap, so any meaningful cut is worth acting on.

Bushnell
Bushnell Tour V6 ShiftSlope and the jolt lock for a lot less than the Pro X3. The value laser to watch.

Garmin
Garmin Approach S70 (47mm)Garmin's top golf watch, with the AMOLED screen and Virtual Caddie. A big-ticket watch is where a sale price matters.

Garmin
Garmin Approach S12 GPS WatchFront, middle and back, and nothing else. The cheapest way into GPS that we'd still recommend.
Balls: buy the dozen you'd buy anyway
Balls are the one golf purchase you'll definitely make again. If your ball is in the sale, stock up. If it isn't, don't switch for a discount. Check the seller too, because a lot of golf balls on Amazon are third-party listings.

Callaway
Callaway Chrome Tour Golf Balls (Dozen)Callaway's tour ball, and one of the longest in robot testing.

Srixon
Srixon Soft Feel Golf Balls (Dozen)The everyday ball for most amateurs, and the one where bulk buying adds up fastest.
Winter practice at home
October sales land just as the evenings close in. This is the kit that keeps a swing ticking over until spring.

SuperSpeed Golf
SuperSpeed Golf Training System (3-Stick Set)The overspeed sticks. Winter is when the protocol makes the most sense.

Orange Whip
Orange Whip Full Size TrainerTempo and stretch in the hallway. A good gift for a golfer who has everything.

FORB
FORB Golf Practice Net (10x7ft)Full swings in the garden. Pair it with the R10 above if both drop.
Cold-weather kit and early gifts
Small things that sell out by December. Buying them now also takes care of the gift list early.

FootJoy
FootJoy WinterSof Gloves (Pair)Winter gloves sold as a pair. Every winter golfer needs a set.

OCOOPA
OCOOPA UT3 Lite Rechargeable Hand Warmers (Twin Pack)Rechargeable, so they pay for themselves against disposables in a season.

Therabody
Therabody Theragun Mini (3rd Gen)Small enough to live in the bag, for warming up before a cold round.

How to tell a real golf deal
- 1
Check the price history, not the strikethrough
The 'was' price on a deal badge is Amazon's reference price, not necessarily what it sold for last month. A price tracker like Keepa or camelcamelcamel shows the real history in ten seconds.
- 2
Check who's selling it
'Ships from and sold by Amazon' is the listing you want for golf tech. A lot of golf listings are third-party sellers, and with launch monitors and lasers it's worth knowing who stands behind the warranty.
- 3
A big discount can mean a new model
The steepest cuts are often on a model that has just been replaced. That can still be a great buy, but make sure you know you're buying the outgoing one. Our product pages say when a model has been superseded.
- 4
Count the subscription
Several launch monitors keep features behind a membership. A cheap unit with a yearly fee can cost more over two seasons than a dearer one without.
Why there are no clubs here
Amazon doesn't sell most current drivers, irons and wedges new. When we searched for this season's tour clubs, we found used heads, wrong variants and single units from third-party sellers. None of that is a deal. If you're buying clubs, use our buying guides and get fitted.
FAQ
- When is Prime Big Deal Days 2026?
- 6–7 October 2026, in both the US and the UK. In the US it runs from 12:01am PT on 6 October to 11:59pm PT on 7 October. In the UK it runs from 00:01 to 23:59 BST.
- Do you need Prime to get the deal prices?
- Yes. Prime Big Deal Days prices are for Prime members only. A free trial counts, so you can start one before the sale and shop the deals.
- Can you cancel a Prime free trial after the sale?
- Yes. Amazon lets you cancel a free trial at any time before it converts, and you aren't charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Are golf clubs discounted on Prime Day?
- Rarely in a useful way. Amazon doesn't sell most current drivers, irons or wedges new. What you find is mostly third-party, used or wrong-variant listings. For clubs, the October sale isn't the moment. Watch Black Friday at golf retailers instead.
- Is this list of confirmed deals?
- No. It's the gear we think is worth watching, picked before the sale starts. We don't print prices, because Amazon changes them by the hour. Check the live price and its history before you buy.
