The Titleist 620 CB is a forged cavity-back players iron aimed at skilled ball-strikers who want workability with a touch more forgiveness than a pure blade. It is forged from soft 1025 carbon steel with a compact head, thin topline and minimal offset, and uses high-density tungsten weighting in the long irons for a slightly higher, more stable flight. It is frequently built into tour and low-handicap sets, often blended with the 620 MB blade.
