David Puig's WITB: a GTS4 driver and a rotating putter
Ninth in the 2026 LIV standings, on one of the first GTS4 drivers in play — and a putter slot he has changed more often than anyone on the circuit.
By Jordan Hale · Equipment Writer
David Puig plays for Fireballs GC and finished ninth in the 2026 LIV individual standings, a year on from winning the BMW Australian PGA Championship.
The driver is the thing to notice: a Titleist GTS4, from the generation that replaced the GT line and only reached shops in June 2026. Below it the bag is a Titleist and Ping mix, and the putter is the slot he never settles — LIV's own equipment notes once recorded him making a third putter change inside a season.

The GTS generation replaced GT for 2026 and reached retail on 11 June. The GTS4 is not a renamed GT4 — it went back up to a full 460cc and added an adjustable CG track.

The story of the bag
The putter is on the record as the club he changes most. LIV's own equipment round-up once logged him making his third putter change of a single season, so treat the head above as the current one rather than a settled choice.
A sourcing caveat: only one of the two sources is a slot-by-slot current listing. The second is reputable and dated but six months older and corroborates the shape of the bag — a Titleist and Ping mix with a prototype Scotty Cameron — rather than every one of the fourteen clubs.
