Maverick McNealy's WITB: the driver he refuses to give up
TaylorMade from the tee through the irons, a two-brand wedge set-up and a prototype Toulon on the greens — McNealy has kept the Qi10 through multiple launches.

McNealy's long game is TaylorMade from top to bottom: a Qi10 'Dot' driver he has kept in play well past its replacement cycle, a pair of Stealth 2 fairways including a 21-degree 7-wood, and P7CB cavity-backs. It is one of the more conservative bags among the tour's better ball-strikers, and the 7-wood is the part most club golfers should look at twice.
The interesting club is the one that isn't TaylorMade. His Odyssey Toulon prototype blade is a head originally built for Hideki Matsuyama that McNealy picked up off the tour truck, and he calls it a 'Hideki reject'. He tried a TaylorMade Spider mallet on the 2026 West Coast swing, lost more than three strokes putting at the Genesis and went straight back to the blade.

Notable retention rather than change: the Qi10 'Dot' driver and Stealth 2 fairways have survived multiple TaylorMade launches.
Putter churn was the only real 2026 movement — a one-week TaylorMade Spider mallet experiment on the West Coast, abandoned after a missed cut at the Genesis Invitational, then straight back to the Toulon blade.
Wedge brand is the one slot where reputable sources conflict: the two 2026 builds we checked list TaylorMade MG4 gap and sand wedges, an older listing still shows Vokey SM10.
