Sungjae Im's WITB: a 2020 driver and brand-new irons

Sungjae Im plays a full Titleist set-up in which the top of the bag has barely moved in years. His driver is a Titleist TSi2 at 8 degrees from 2020, the 15-degree fairway is a Titleist TS3 dating to 2018, and the 19-degree Titleist 818 H2 hybrid goes back to 2017 — an unusually settled long game for a player at this level.
The scoring clubs are where 2026 changed. Returning in March from a five-month absence with a wrist injury, Im put Titleist T150 irons in the bag at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, his first iron change since adopting the original T100 in 2019, and stepped his wedges up to Vokey SM11 from an older SM9 and SM7 mix.

The story of the bag
Two 2026 changes, both after his return from a wrist injury in March: Titleist T150 irons in place of the 2019 T100, and Vokey SM11 wedges in place of an SM9/SM7 mix.
The T150 switch came out of off-season work in Korea; the appeal was a slightly higher, faster flight and a steeper descent angle, particularly in the long irons.
Driver, fairway and hybrid are all pre-2021 heads, making the top of his bag one of the oldest in the world's top ranks.
