The ifrothgolf review
The ZXi7 is Srixon's compact forged players' iron, aimed at skilled golfers who want a clean look and precise control through the set. It uses a forged construction with Srixon's MainFrame face design for consistent speed while keeping a thin topline and modest offset. It combos well with the more forgiving ZXi5 in the longer irons. Note on generations: Srixon announced a second-generation ZXi family on 8 September 2026 that reuses these names — a new ZXi7 with PureFrame iQ reaches retail on 16 October 2026. This page describes the generation before it, which is worth knowing both if you want the newest set and if you are hunting a clearance price on this one.
