Esther Henseleit's WITB: the 14-club TaylorMade deal, in full

Germany's Olympic silver medallist signed for all fourteen clubs in 2022 and the bag still reads that way — driver, woods, irons, wedges, putter and ball all TaylorMade. Every club, club by club.

Esther Henseleit signed a 14-club deal with TaylorMade in 2022, and unlike most such contracts hers shows no exceptions. The driver is a Qi4D LS at 10.5°, the fairway woods a Qi35 HL at 16.5° and a Qi4D at 18°, the hybrid a Qi4D Rescue at 22°, the irons a P770 5-iron blended into P7CBs from the 6-iron, the wedges MG5s, the putter a Spider Tour V and the ball a TP5. There is no other brand in it.

Henseleit won the LET Order of Merit and Rookie of the Year in 2019 — only the third player to do both after Laura Davies and Carlota Ciganda — and took silver for Germany at the 2024 Paris Olympics. She came within two playoff holes of a major in 2026: she birdied the last at Royal Lytham to force extra holes at the AIG Women's Open, then lost to Japan's Shiho Kuwaki. Bernardus, five weeks later, was her second Solheim Cup and the first she finished on the winning side — Europe took it 15–13 after losing 12½–15½ in 2024.

The story of the bag

A genuine 14-club deal is rarer than it sounds. Most contracted players keep a free hand on the putter, the ball or a wedge — Maja Stark has all three outside her Ping contract — and Henseleit's bag has no such carve-out. Every head and the ball carry the same script.

Her metalwoods run backwards. The 3-wood is a Qi35 HL, the 5-wood a Qi4D — so the newer generation is in the more lofted slot, where a new head usually matters least. That normally means the older club is simply still performing.

The iron set is blended two ways: a P770 5-iron on top, then P7CBs from the 6-iron down. P770 is hollow-bodied and easier to get airborne; the P7CB is a compact cavity-back. Same idea as Stark's i240-into-Blueprint-S split, executed in a different brand's range.
